How did Midnite solar get its name?

Subject line says it all. How did Midnite solar get its name?

System one: 7kWp w/ Trina 250 W panels @90 Vdc. Classic 150 to 16-6 V U.S batteries. Trace 5548 sine wave inverter.
System two: 6kWp grid tie with solaredge inverter.
System three: Midnite Brat, two 120 W Astropower modules, 100 Ah battery. Runs the LED streetlight in the back yard.

Well, we were thinking of names and the Dot-Com domain had to be available...

Went through a bunch of names and I *think*  I came up with it and Robin agreed.

I also came up with the name "Outback"  (while at Trace Engineering) but didn't know it at the time.

And the inverter model names, FX and MX.   

I love coming up with names and advertisement ideas, etc.

Also was probably working at night.   But that would have been moonlight solar ?
