I'd really like a new trigger for turning the generator on and off with the Rosie. There should be a way to turn the generator on based on the ac load. Say the customer wants to run a mini-split to provide air conditioning in the summer. Maybe 2000 watts, easy load for the Rosie to start and run. But maybe not appropriate for the additional load on the battery system. It would be useful to be able to turn the generator on when the ac load exceeds a certain amount and turned back off after the load drops back down.

Not sure if it would help your case but EG4 has a mini split that will run direct off solar , and if not enough solar will get what other power it needs from 120v .
