This seems to be a common problem now with many Classics. We are working on the issue internally and should hopefully be able to get a fix out.

In the meantime, can I ask you for the make and model of the network components that the CLassic is attached to? Modem/switches, etc. and let me know if there is anything else attached to the network (like other PCs, network printer, etc). This might make it easier to debug the problem.

Also: is your Classic setup for Static or DHCP?

Any update on the busy issue...tying to optimize my panels angles and local remote is a good way to monitor when away but hardly ever can get in, because of this issue.

So, about how much power is the Classic processing when the communications freezes...
Anybody ever notice ?   Also, what is the input voltage to the Classic ?  Approximately ??

Has anyone ever noticed the Classic Ethernet freeze while it was Resting ??

Is the Classic always running when it freezes ?  Ever seen one freeze during the evening

Issue has been greatly reduced lately and seems to not be associated to resources such as classic loads ext; (upgraded to local app 3.9 and to MAC OSX ML (Mountain Lion) and adjusted for issue that MAC MT has (disabled auto proxy detect and IPV6) (their TC or "Time capsule backups" to external drives also  effected {known issue to community but not acknowledged by Apple} and are really slow) too many variables now to pinpoint issue!, may be networking?  seems OK for now and will keep an eye out and inform.
