If I have and RTF file on my PC and wish to graph data from it, does anyone have a recommendation for for a software package to do that?
20 years experience in Field Service and Engineering Support in life support equipment and the computer Industry.
I pride myself in diagnostic skills and NOT knowing everything. I do know how to ask the right questions of those who should know the answers. I can do this politely.

Before I actually purchase an ARDUINO 2560, I have posted below my hardware plan. I have also posted this on the Arduino forums seeking feedback. I realize it may be more than I would initially need for this project, but as I am unsure of the size of the program I wish to have the expanded capabilities.

Any feedback will be appreciated. I do not wish to use the Cloud or wifi.

You probably just have to put it together and start writing your code.
Seems like you have your plan and that is the only way you will know how well it works.
