Bergey VCS 1.5 controller replacement

I am looking for a replacement for a Bergey VCS 1.5 controller. I installed the system in the summer of 1999. I have had no problems with the 1500 Turbine, or the VCS 1.5, with the exception of 1A fuses, until a lightning strike took out the controller. The turbine and it's output is fine. The system is about 500' from the house, 3 phase AC at around 150VAC to the house where a three phase transformer changes it to around 3 phase 30VDC. The question, is which Classic should I purchase to get the system up and running. (28 volt 400AH batteries).

The bergey XL1 that you have will not work with the Classic it is extremely low voltage and there controller boosted the voltage. The only way to make that turbine work with a Classic would be to upgrade the stator to the new one they use now.
