MN 5048 DIY

As I am waiting for parts to come in for a Classic 250, I dug up a MN5048 DIY from my barn.  Can I set up this unit in a slave configuration with my classic 250s?

And if not how would I set it up so it does not interfere, but still be part of charging the battery banks?

How do I get remote access to it like the Midnite Solar Status Panel?

You could probably set the charge settings so it cuts out below what the Classics are set for. It wouldnt' talk with them but that is what I have done in past with different kinds of controllers charging the same battery. So let the Classics do the finishing.  You will just have to watch it and see  how it goes.
