AIO not updating information to portal ?

I made some changes via local BT access to an AIO today. had to cycle to standby twice to do what I needed.... but now the site is no longer reporting any data ?! I haven't gotten an update since the time I first put the unit in standby. It is showing is is offline, but I know it was running when I left.

Any way to "force" a data update remotely, without putting the unit in standby ?

I am afraid to cycle the unit remotely because the home wifi is on a protected circuit that goes down when I put the unit in standby and I would not be able to turn the unit back on remotely.
