Is there a source for the trolley?

Thanks, R.

Sorry locally custom built. The pic show n is not the completed trolley I will post the updated one.

Once you have some fabrication skills it can be done take some time and effort though.
Dang I should have completed a CAD drawing.

I didn't relise it would have came out that good

So another update guys,
One pack in the set of four power flow batteries gave a fault for serval times on Monday.
What was weirder is that every time it went to fault the entire system was shut off without warning or any code on mngp2 .
I was not pleased with either of these .
I tried getting help from tech support but they seemed Clueless as I was.
So I isolated the one alarming pack and found everything was fine beside this pack .
I operated in this manner for two days
So the only option was to check for firmware updates .
Only updates that were available were mngp2 and solar assistant ( I don't recall if I mentioned but system is now being monitored through solar assistant)
So far this seems to be the solving the issue but the whole system shutdown and no fault code reporting is getting me uneasy.

Personally I would switch to open loop and run on voltage without any of the bms errors causing outages nonsense.

One reason someone had requested the ability to have battery comms to grab cell level data yet still run open loop based on voltage.

Yea , unfortunately owner wants the bit of autonomy.
Had another brief shut down .
At this point I can't tell where it's coming from.
I am still suspecting the one power Flo battery.

Tech support has been really unhelpful. We were given another tech support number and  told to talk to Ron or Rick . They seem to be the powerflo guys.
Hope Midnite figure this out .

Finally got the MP powerflo updated after several bms tools and software .
It would appears the one sent out by MNP is somewhat unique.

This seems to solve the battery issues so far.

I however had Rosie shutting off her output giving an alarm of over current and over temperature . Rosie has never been given a max load beyond 3000w and would normally have just around 500w .
So i have ruled put an actual over load

I did suspect a faulty ebike charger that usually charges and ebike.
But cant say why a tiny charger caused this.I got rid of the charger and the issue seems to have disappeared for now atleast.

Any thought or points on this are welcomed .

Rosie could well have detected the crap charger and gone into protection. I used to have a horrible system of extension cords etc and at the end of one of those way down in the basement a fridge cord had become half unplugged and overheated. garbage Chinese breaker failed to trip, but Rosie eventually caught it, iirc it was an overcurrent fault. House went dark, investigated Rosie, saw the error, went downstairs smelled charred electrical, a light haze down there....

The Rosie engineers definitely know their stuff.

Thanks, though the same .

Some new errors from Rosie .
Had to shutdown.s
eems like powerflo battery no.2 again causing issues.

All updates are just before the recent 19 December 2025.

Will update and to most recent and check.

Rebooting didn't resolve.

Why don't you just go to open loop charging ? Unplug the canbus cable and put in the Absorb, absorb time, and Float .  It works pretty good .

Will do that if it repeats.

I found the Midnite temp sensor was reporting incorrect battery temperature- 42-45 degrees celsius causing a low batt temp warning.
Tried unplugging, still the same

Swapped it out and resolved the issue so far.

Are you using the temp sensor/ comp with your batteries? If you are, I believe that lithium batteries don't use it and could potentially harm your batteries.

You could ohm the temperature sensor and make sure it is the correct resistance. The should change as you heat or cool it off.
