Classic 150 lite does not start

Hello !
First I have to apologize that my english is not so well, I am from austria europe.

My problem is, my brand new classic 150 lite does not start. The only thing it does is: all leds on the paneel
are blinking slowly and inside on the top there is a red led on.
my Battery has 26 Volts in the moment, from solarpaneels are comming 40 Volts.

what can I do ?

Geri73, where are you getting/reading those voltages?
Have you tried disconnecting all connections to the Lite and reconnecting them?
Who set up the Lite/battery/PV array?please list more details about your setup.

I think that Ryan talked with Gerald about this and it may have wrong code in it.

I hope not because Gerald is a long ways away  but if so, we'll make it right of course.

Thank you for your answers.
I mesured this voltages with my voltmeter directly on the blue terminal block.
It was not starting even after multiple disconnect/reconnect of all cables.

But now I recive a new processorboard, I hope it is on the way already.
I will let you know when it is here.
