Classic 150 not talking (update)

Just loaded firmware 2193 and mngp 2186, did a software reset , turned on verbose ,turned quiet off , did the audio test shows testing but nothing heard,volume is at 60 , tried doing a hardware reset same thing no voice , then tried loading beta software 2197 and mngp 2245 did the same hardware reset and software reset still no voice ! Is there a seperate voice sofware i need to install? Also im wondering if there is a jumper missing just above the big blue rectangle lug connector ,bottom right of classic,,there are j1 j2j3j4    J1 and j4 are used for hardware reset ,but i have no jumper ( missing ?)on j3 written( stk )on the board just below , i have a jumper on both terninals on j2 written( lok )on the board just below j2.      J1 jumper is there but only on 1 terminal and j4 the same ,as per instructions for hardware reset ., update looks like j3 with stk written on circuit board is used for stacking classics ,

(Update ) well looked  into the voice problem im having with my classic 150 and yes there a aditional voice software needed ,thanks for the help FNG!

There is a large update specifically for voice files, I forget how long it takes but it may be around an hour. I would email kylem@midnitesolar.com and ask for help with that

Yes you need to upload the voice files - it takes about three hours . You can do that over the network if I remember correctly .

Most of the things mentioned in above link have been fixed in newest firmwares.

I would have gone to the newest Beta 2245 firmware I mentioned in the other post because it fixes a problem with the voice - not major just major annoying - a  loud tone that comes if you press enter when voice is activated - you will see what I am talking about if you try it.

Better set the quiet times on there or it may start talking when you don't want it to - ha ha .
Not sure if you are still on 2193 - but if you want to hear it saying some funny stuff turn Chatty Cathy on.

Yes i did set the quiet times ,as i heard some talking at 4:30 am ,lol . i prefer chatty cathy, im no longer on 2193 ,i did the firmware updates to 2197 before voice software installed , the only thing i noticed that doesnt work is the voice test not sure if i missed something in the software install .
